1. Rain Showers
Who doesn’t love a rain shower? As you saw last night, all contestants included wide-headed rain showers in their bathrooms. Not only does it add a WOW factor to your bathroom, its super relaxing and a great way to unwind at the end of the day. 2. Coloured Tapware
Bathrooms don’t have to be dull and boring, and your certainly don’t just need coloured tiles to jazz it up. Inject a little colour and fun into your bathroom with coloured tap ware. Brass and Gunmetal Grey are two colours that have been very popular this year.
3. Bathroom Skylights

Blushes and pastels are creating a comeback, and with them comes coloured concrete sinks! First Ronnie & Georgia and now Tess & Luke. These gorgeous sinks create a statement in any bathroom.

Unfinished wood is a great way to bring warmth to a space that can be quite cold and plain. Whether is be a stool or bath tray, these pieces are both beautiful and practical.
7. Dark Statement Walls
As simple as having a statement wall behind your vanity and mirror, Dark tiles create drama in your bathroom and break up the space.
8. Backlit Mirrors
We are in love! They were everywhere in 2018 and the trend has definitely continued in 2019. Oval and round shapes are in this year. These statement mirrors can be further enhanced when featured on a darker statement wall.
9. Stone Floors
Create your own spa at home with the use of stone. By pairing stone with indoor/outdoor plants you can escape to your own bathroom oasis.
10. Bathroom Art
Art isn’t just for the rest of your house, statement pieces can and are being used a lot in 2019. Framed photographic prints and wallpaper are another great way to add colour to your bathroom.
11. Organiser Baskets
Stylish baskets are both practical and fun. Whether you’re storing cosmetics, guest towels or dirty laundry, there is no reason it can’t look great in your bathroom.
12. Bath Caddies
Where have bath caddies been up until now? These handy storage shelves are super gorgeous and super practical. Every contestant on last nights episode had one of these on their baths. From wine, to razors, to books, whatever you need for your bath time.
14. A Bowl of Succulents
Plants don’t come any easier to maintain than succulents. Clump them together in bowls or planters for a different inclusion to your bathroom.
Keep a classic white trend modern through the use of different tactiles and textures. Instead add pops of colour with your tapware and linen.
15. Exposed Plumbing
Exposed plumbing continues to be a massive trend in 2019. Especially great if you’re limited for space, make your plumbing a design feature with exposed copper piping.
16. Shower Benches
Who doesn’t love to sit down in the shower, be honest everyone does it. Shower benches are great and have multiple functions. Use is to shave your legs, or store your lotions and potions.
